NS1073 is leading an intermodal (IG2LT) down main track one on the Martinez Subdivision, having just left the Valley Subdivision, and will stop shortly for a crew change. NS1073 is a Norfolk Southern heritage unit paying tribute to the fallen flag Penn Central. Norfolk Southern heritage units are a fairly rare sight around these parts let alone seeing one leading.
