Seen here from Pacific Street, this sign marks the beginning of the Roseville Subdivision and the end of the Martinez Subdivision for eastbound trains. Notice that Subdivision is misspelled.

Again from Pacific Street, this sign marks the beginning of the Martinez Subdivision and the end of the Roseville Subdivision for westbound trains.
